Which cookies does RacefietsVergelijker use?
RacefietsVergelijker currently only uses necessary cookies for the admin environment. We do not place tracking cookies for regular visitors.

Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are needed to keep the website secure and technically functional. The admin environment uses a session cookie to temporarily recognize a signed-in administrator. This cookie is `httpOnly`, has `SameSite=Lax`, is set as `Secure` in production, applies to the domain path `/` and remains valid for up to 8 hours.
Analytics cookies
We currently do not use analytics cookies for regular visitors. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, we will keep the setup small, explain what is measured and document the data use. Limited analytics with low privacy impact may be possible without consent under certain conditions.
Tracking and marketing cookies
We do not place tracking cookies without consent. If we use marketing, advertising or affiliate tracking cookies on RacefietsVergelijker, we will ask for consent beforehand through a cookie notice. Marketing categories will not be preselected.
Affiliate click-outs
When you click a shop button, you arrive on the website of a shop or partner. From that moment, that party may use its own cookies. The privacy and cookie policy of that shop also applies.
An affiliate click-out is not the same as a marketing cookie on RacefietsVergelijker. If a partner link runs through a redirect or network, that partner may process the click under its own policy.
